| Why would anyone get into real-estate now?? I was asked that question hundreds of times. Getting into the market at the bottom was not unlike managing a ski business for 28 years. You have to work hard, know your market and provide the best customer service imaginable. And never take anything for granted. I have lived by these principles as a real estate agent for 2 years. Though I surprised skeptics with my success, I did not surprise my clientele from the ski shop. Under my watch, the shop had thrived, expanded, diversified, and remains one of the most successful small businesses in the Greater Bangor Area. I like a challenge, negotiating a deal and dealing with people. Real Estate is a natural fit. |
